True. And when cooking at home if you can't get fresh go for frozen over canned if possible. The preservatives in canned veggies are usually loaded with salt.

19.It is better to undercook fish than overcook it. Microwaves finish the job nicely.
Depending on how close to done it is it may be best to just leave it covered and on top of the over you just took it out of. The residual heat may actually finish cooking it for you.

22.Velveeta is pretty good.
Only when you can't get "hoop" cheese. Because sharp cheddar is that good shit.
